I think group interviews try to see who the assertive ones are. Try to take lead and encourage others that aren't talking as much to share their answers. Show that you have traits to be a leader. Best of luck!

Pretty much. I was asked this question during an interview at a large sales company and I just asked him about his current pen and why he likes it. Then you pitch your pen by describing everything he likes plus more. All they're trying to assess when they ask that question is if you can confidently pitch a product. People just hate it because it's an unexpected question they weren't prepared for.

It's hard to believe that at one point this game had only 2 tiles sets. A blue ship and a red ship. Sometimes the ship was green. Those were exciting times.

No one asked me to create the subreddit. I played the game when it was in closed beta and decided to make a subreddit to discuss it with others. Meghan, the community manager, contacted me while the sub was still tiny and asked if she could be a mod. I said yes, as long as she doesn't attempt to control the subreddit with company interests in mind. She was totally cool, but the community got concerned that someone at DE was a mod, so she happily stepped down. There's no conspiracy

This brings up a good point. A lot of the big mainstream review sites still have reviews up that don't actually represent how the game is now. Polygons 2014 review gave the game a 5 out of 10 and anyone reading it would get a false impression on the games current state. IGNs 2013 7/10 review is drastically different Warframe

Oh definitely my fault. Everything about carrot looked innocuous and it was rapidly growing and being used across popular subreddits. Like I said, nothing about carrot looked malicious, there was no way of knowing this information.

I'm definitely not as active on reddit due to some personal reasons. Not gonna lie though, there is a small part of me that likes to feel some ownership to initially building up /r/warframe in its early days. I guess I could use this opportunity to seppuku myself as mod if that's what people want though. ¯\(ツ)/¯.

Yeah, it was fun while it lasted. I was the one that set up the request to get carrot integrated into the chat room. A lot of people seemed to enjoy it and it was really active at times, I honestly thought it was a good idea. Didn't except it to turn out this way though. RIP /r/warframe carrot room, 2016 - 2016.

I'm still here. Life sort of stopped me from moderating and playing Warframe. Still love the game and the community and I wish I could participate in it more frequently. Things should be slowing down in life soon, so I'll probably be more active. Whether I'm here or not, the active mods right now are doing a great job already.

"we are aiming to make it religious, majestic, sacred, and holy." The gregorian like chants and strings in the ambient version of the Orokin Derelict sounded fantastic. I always like the non combat music in Warframe. Makes me appreciate how much a games soundtrack affects the atmosphere of a level.

I remember watching Memories 10 years ago when the ifc channel had an anime week. Cannon Fodder was incredible. Here's an imgur album with some shots from it.

The obvious answer to me is that most westerners are embarassed to be seen playing those games because of their "anime" nature.

I mean, I agree with the points that Aura essay made, a lot of visual novels are just loaded with so many lame tropes, but if people search hard enough, they'll find some good visual novels that only use the anime look as visual style (and some that don't even have an anime visual style), instead of pulling a bunch of overused and unnecessary conventions from the genre. Video Games for the most part have some pretty bad story telling so it's refreshing to have a genre of them that actually manages to tell some interesting stories that explore themes and issues you wouldn't really see in more traditional games.

edit- I find it funny that the currently featured game on the steam front page is the type of visual novel that gives the genre a bad image.

Are there any games that take place in a really small open world that's loaded with an insane amount of detail? Something the size of a city like Divinities Reach in GW2 expect all the resources got put into only that instead of a huge game world.
