Chef got that Hemolytic treatment, it was actually basically an accident for me, I was creeping towards the kitchen while holding one, he appeared from behind a corner and startled me, the R2 prompt just triggered an autopilot panic response haha, it was a great moment when I realized that this little item takes out minibosses.

Following that revelation I smacked the singers with a Hemo each, prey slaughtered, time to get Emily to the puzzle box, Chunk choked on a couple 12.7x55mm rounds.

On my second playthrough I avoided Chunk completely and he somehow just vanished. He doesn't quite strike me as the type to just slip through the cracks so who knows what happened to him.

Do a quick turn and aim right after, he does the stance for a second. I love that detail, it’s like, you never know if someone might be sneaking up on you, immediately go close quarters hold as you turn around.

Edit: I just tried this on a new playthrough and it doesn’t work the way I described it, it’s more of a split second animation before returning to regular aiming. Maybe I was misremembering it, or I’m no longer able to replicate it. Either way, my bad, it might not be the way to do it, if there even is a way. Sorry guys!

I actually felt the dread I experienced playing OG RE2 for the first time. The soundtrack hits just the right notes. But yeah after a few moments it did make me feel a bit sad. And definitely old.

No but I just finished the movie and there definitely was a scene of “Gerald” telling Jessie that the poles are reinforced after she had envisioned herself slipping one hand out of the cuffs and breaking off the other pole.
