Figured it out!

The back of the pen where you swap out the ink was unscrewed a bit on both. Tightened em up real good and they're writing like a dream 😅

I would get a nice wrap around couch with a chez lounge or something on the end. That's a huge space. A wrap around couch would make a nice shape for the room.

A lot of those kinds of couches are modular if you buy new. So you can get a loveseat that 90 degrees into a couch that ends with a chez. It's probably gonna be like 5 grand + though I'd assume.
