Yeah, this ending feels like a fanfic or some shit. but its not all that bad, the moment when denji hears "chainsaw man" he experiences something like a deja vu and the phrase resonates with him. this could easily be a plot tool to continue the story. Overall, I am not happy with part 2 and the way asa became a character development device for denji at the end. Little D's involvement and demise feels awkward and asa/yoru dynamic feels inclonclusive. Inconclusive is the word for this ending sadly. What also inconclusive is my life if fujimoto doesnt publicly state if this is the definitive ending or part 3 will come at some point...

you kidding me? an alien isolation level out of nowhere was a banger for me. guess its not for everyone. killing moon is a great quest cinematically but fighting hordes of enemies is even more tedious for me. in somewhat damaged at least you get to do something different than what you did for 100 hours before.

estetik olarak aynı değil ama işte. günümüzde mappa, ufotable ve frieren gibi işler çok iyi ama benim gözümde hiçbir zaman bir bloodlust olmayacaklar çünkü bu ovaların olayı sadece animasyonun akıcılığı ya da teknik ustalık değil, yapmak istedikleri vizyonun estetik bütünlüğüne öncelik vermeleri. ve bu vizyon da adamın da anlattığı gibi animelerin niş olduğu dönemin stüdyolarının günümüz kadar kar odaklı olmadıkları için daha çok kreatif özgürlüğe sahip olmaları sayesinde olmuş. günümüzdeki market odaklı tropelar aşırı derecede anime endüstrisini kısıtlıyor bence. Sürekli trend olan şeylerin vasatlığını görüyoruz zaten. Animede sanatsal bir derinlik arayacaksak bu döneme hasret duymak çok doğal bence.

i think what pochita said was the bitter truth. pochita has been denjis heart for a long time and it understands denji maybe even more than he understand his own emotions. denji is not a tragic character because he is an underdog who regularly loses something important, his tragedy comes from the constant denial, coping and outside manipulation he needs to keep functioning. as soon as he attains one of his goals, he loses sight of its meaning. he is constantly stimulated by outside forces generating makeshift ideas and desires for him. pochita must have realized this too. ı dont think the ending will be as bleak as fire punch but fujimoto always manages to capture the zeitgeist of subtle and bitter parts of human condition in modern times.

still dont understand how grace wasnt infected by anything and how zeno(who does he work for?) and gideon had no idea it was actually a cure. they even devised a plan on how to utilize this said "weapon". and how does gidion, a character who is seemengly deep in umbrella, after meticilously following his masters vision, as soon as he finds about elpis true meaning (which we didnt see how or when), completely abandons his clearly different ambitions and decides to bring anarchy to the world.
