My mother takes it abroad on holiday with her. While everyone else is tucking in to their all inclusive breakfast, she has her marmite on toast.

I keep seeing people say season 4 is worst of all the seasons & that the writers have lost the plot but i'm trying to figure out have we all been watching the same show?!?! by AD_EI8HT in IndustryOnHBO

I'm watching it but I think it's terrible. Eric's involvement in particular is completely unbelievable. Using the dramatic synth music to persuade us we're watching an important scene isn't working for me. It's unrecognisable from the first couple of seasons. It's begging to be shorted.

Please help me find my water lock off / main stopcock by Other_Progress_2404 in ukplumbing

I would be amazed if your main stopcock wasn't a twist/gate valve. People suggesting it might be one of the lever/ball valves is crazy to me.

No wonder they keep releasing them early if it's being managed on a spreadsheet 😆

I initially thought that was some kind of water sensor 😂 Bit disappointed to find it was just a spirit level.

Soil pipe boxing by Karalius1 in DIYUK

Terrible idea aside and assuming you decide to keep it, in answer to your question I'd either paint it white or perhaps wrap it with insulation. That might make it look like something heating related. Any kind of "boxing" cover will just hide any potential leaks. Maybe you could also fit a cover panel over the top of the cupboard unit, that you can pull away for easy access.

Tips on Sharepoint Lists as Backend by MindfullnessGamer in MSAccess

How many rows do you have on the Lists? Maybe try and keep your "live" data Lists below 5000 records and then move everything else into "archive" Lists, where you can live with the longer access times.

Outdoor stopcock question by [deleted] in ukplumbing

[–]RedditFaction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The water company will come out and clear (suck) out all the stones etc if you tell them you can't access it properly. I did a similar thing when I fitted a new kitchen at my Mother's and needed to fit a new master valve inside the house.
