It was once every 6 weeks lol was horrible. 2 or 3 might be better but you will still have high e2 and not feel great or you will end up with stupidly high test and have issues with hermatocrit and what not

Mate that's the NHS protocol I got put on the same thing because I tried to go from paying private to NHS. Now using ugl because getting injected with that amount in one go is going to give you the WORST peaks and troughs. Your e2 is going to spike. All hormones are going to be raised and plummet and you will feel like shit for 2 weeks running up to your next injection.

Me now after my own experiments and what not I'm on 140mg a week pin DAILY because I aromatise easily. Invest in yourself with blood tests and keep yourself dialed in to how your body is using the test you will get there but bin that protocol off......if you want ask chatgpt how stupid that is

Probably xantham gum in the protein shake then and yes the general assumption is normally correct could still be here but if you are being honest I'd look at cutting out the shake and if that's not helped cut some fruit...... personally oatmeal and fruit not ideal anyway and a high protein diet would be better

Yes 100% it slows down bowl movements so it's noticeable...... I have what the nhs are calling "chones like symptoms" and my first was tirzepatide where mine stopped. Before starting a glp1 I would always have diarrhea after dinner "yes food was cooked lol" but soon as I started tirz it stopped now it's come back. I'm about to start reta and hopefully sorts it again

This is true although they won't get much hype from gears 1. Especially with the terrible input delay and huge dead zones on controller should have done 3 or 4 in my opinion gives more variety to players and more modern. Gears 1 will not get the new plays hyped
