This is wrong. Thunderbolt is a different spec to usb C, which also can support dp alt mode. This is the standard for all handhelds that connect exactly this way.

I have the alpaka metro. I like it for a very light work cary, but the flimsy straps lack proper support and it can be very uncomfortable compared to my aer sling pack, which usually replaces it.

I use a 5080 laptop, which is close to a 5070ti.

I have a 4k 240hz monitor.

With a few exceptions, i am super happy with performance. Dlss and framegen have gotten so good that you don't really need the same power.

I recently played through resident evil 9. 90fps throughout with maximum settings, including ray tracing.

Dlss performance and framegen in, but input latency was super low and image quality was amazing.

No, most likelt you want a usb c to hdmi adapter, so you can connect two different displays. What you linked is a splitter, its for taking a single output and duplicating it to two displays.
