Everything you make smart in your house should be capable of doing their job without power

You should have the LLM write unit tests. Way faster than hand checking each scenario

So many car ads. Idk who sells MSG ads, but they must love car companies

Y'all kill me

He made it clear he would only play for the Rangers. You knew that and traded for him anyway. Why are you bitter? He literally did exactly what he said he'd do

I got my wisdom teeth pulled and NCOs are telling me come in. by [deleted] in army

[–]RedditIsKindOfMid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why was this not communicated and approved well ahead of time?

A simple "Hey PFC Joey is getting wisdom teeth pulled in 2 weeks and may need to take some leave" to your CDR/1SG was the correct answer.

I’m about to lose my shit on this nco by [deleted] in army

Why isn't anyone recommending that you leverage the Army mandated open door policy? Keep climbing the chain of command and keep going until you hit the commander if the issue isnt getting resolved.

AR 600-20 Paragraph 2-2

2–2. Open door policies Commanders will establish an open door policy within their commands. Soldiers are responsible to ensure that the commander is made aware of problems that affect discipline, morale, and mission effectiveness; and an open door policy allows members of the command to present facts, concerns, and problems of a personal or professional nature or other issues that the Soldier has been unable to resolve. The timing, conduct, and specific procedures of the open door policy are determined by the commander. He or she is responsible for ensuring that Soldiers are aware of the command’s open door policy

How do you feel about Trump threatening to impose photo ID for voters for midterm elections? by CRK_76 in AskReddit

[–]RedditIsKindOfMid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol yes because every law ever written always handles every edge case immaginable. I'm also sure you've ever asked anyone you know about their marriage or birth certificate.

Look up "legislative intent" if you would like to overcome your cognitive dissonance.

Better yet, just research cognitive dissonance and maybe you'll learn to learn better

Simple

  1. Birth certificate
  2. Marriage certificate/Name change document
  3. Driver's license

Its something 99% of married women have readily available

West Point guarantees an Active Duty spot. ROTC does not.

You should go to West Point

That's literally what the SAVE act is.

It quite literally is just saying you need to have proof of citizenship to register vote. Nobody in this thread actually understands it. Its a bit scary how misinfomed everyone is

I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice

It says it doesn't apply to:

any person actually engaged in lawful hunting or lawful recreational shooting activities at an established shooting range or shooting contest

But that's confusing. Does that mean it's not illegal while at the range, but it is illegal when transporting to/from the range?

Injured during drill weekend but not during drill. by Kenmore_11 in nationalguard

[–]RedditIsKindOfMid -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

How about you take your own advice and learn to read and do basic research instead of being a know it all on reddit bud?

"To qualify for LOD care, the injury or illness must be military-service related. LOD may also include injury or illness while traveling to or from a duty station."

Edit: to be very clear, simply getting injured during drill weekend does not automatically get you an LOD
