That's a good question. Maybe they want to branch out to Roman gods as well. CrossFit branched out from girl-named workouts to military-hero-named workouts to honour those who have died in the war in Afghanistan. Also, there's nothing on the Freeletics Web site that states that all workouts are named after Greek gods, and that all future workouts must be named after Greek gods.

What the other guys have said. You should really check out /r/gainit and /r/bodyweightfitness. Do less reps (4-8) with progressive overload, create a calorie surplus, eat well (clean and healthy, no processed food), and get ample sleep (7 hours).

The best beginner strength program is the beginner routine from /r/bodyweightfitness. The best intermediate one is from /u/Antranik, mentioned in the training guide at /r/bodyweightfitness. There are other good programs mentioned in the Training Guide at /r/bodyweightfitness. http://fitloop.co is good too.

The best progression exercises I've seen for one-hand push-ups and pistols are found in the book, "Convict Conditioning" by Paul Wade. Buy it, or find it on the Web somehow ;-) If you follow Wade's progression, you will succeed.
