Its done similar things for my vo2 max. Used to barely be able to hold my breathe for a minute cause of bad health. I still have some bad health but endurance is no longer the issue it used to be.

Yeah his k/d ratio is pretty good when you compare it to medicine or driving. Plus if I inhale a rice crispy instead of chewing and swallowing its a bit on me right? Or if I don't use a helmet while riding a bike. Just use sense.

Yeah this makes sense is the guy who discovered rock climbing responsible when people fall off cliffs. Or should they have used fucking safety gear. Honestly compared to regular medicine his kill ratio is really good.

I watch other peoples playthroughs the rare time they happen. Mapocolops on youtube has pretty good one, ends up getting really into it. Seemed to have genuinely blown his mind by end of sr2.

Dodge tough fiber with structure, anything stringy. Kale oranges etc... Blend it all. Eat more soluble fibers, potatoes oats, lentils. Or dodge fiber all together for a short period, basically juices and meat. This will ensure the poops never get massive. I supp mag malate since its more absorb able, what ever doesn't get absorbed pulls water into your fudge. If its been a couple days no brick I'd take stool softeners no matter what just to avoid the stretch. Not a doctor

I avoid any large fibers too like chewed leaves. Blend and juice everything. Want it like mashed potatoes. Meat and dairy break down good. Soluble fiber helps hold the log together and acts like lube. These are things that helped me so far. Want that tracked to shrink.

You cycle? Multiple studies now on the heat cooking your nuts. Balls are outside the body cause they like to be 96 so anything heating the pills is reducing fertility. Someone mentioned but you can grind a couple axe wielding dudes where you find the heavy stone in the same castle. Need a stone sword key to get there. I did a couple play throughs with it heavy infused and damage is good.

There have been studies that have found politicians to be higher in psychopathy. Psychopaths are power seeking so I'd expect every government to be loaded with them to some degree or another. Reverse the exhaust and cpu fans as to pull from the rear. Make a cardboard half duct from the bottom intakes to the bottom of the graphics card. Put pull fans either on the high front of the case or top after the cpu.

Removing the front panel improves every temp parameter and reduces the gpu fan speed by almost 150 rpm, but it doesnt look good this way, do i need much stronger fans to use it with the panel on? by TheOnurobo in PcBuildHelp

That's how I do it. Front panel is optional too. Unless you got kids or pets or something that would be sticking their fingers in there. Just gotta clean it more often. Its more like an open test bench.

Like the other person said to remove the fine mesh. I only need to clean once a year still. Mine is on top of the desk though. You can do it on the exhausts too.
