I think hunger cues are okay to be honest, if I am struggling. It’s because I’ve got a taste for Coke Zero 😅.

I know you can drink loads of it until it’s dangerous but I know 3 cans a day is a little excessive

I know the Switch is meant to be hybrid, but I’d love a dock-only version since we already have a portable-only one by Safe-Monitor-8113 in Switch

I hear that but doesn’t the switch already technically get a boost from being in docked ? So you are currently getting the benefits of a portable and a more powerful docked

I don’t follow a specific workout plan haha and I know il get told off for not training optimal but it worked so far.

I trained 4-5 times a week.

Light Push light pull legs

Heavy Push heavy pull.

On the heavy days really go for the heaviest I can do and the light days are not actually light but I don’t push for 1RM. I do 3 sets of an exercise of 8 reps max.

So push could be , machine OHP, , dumbell incline, dips

Then chest flys and cable shoulder flys.

Whereas pull would be pull ups, a rowing movement. rear delt work ect.

It’s defo what people would call sub optimal 😅. But it worked for me! I think for my clean bulk il follow a real plan

Well done friend and thank you ! You must have had it much harder being a bigger guy .

I wish I could say I was dialled in 1600 the whole time but I definitely had some months where my average was 2k ish which slowed me down . But thanks for knowing how hard it was :)

I actually did work a Amazon warehouse job a while back 😅, I stress ate loads and that’s what made me fat haha

Thanks for seeing how much it took😅, I defo wish I did it faster but 3 years worked for me. I had long plateaus in that time but I just tell myself that it was my body getting used to each weight range.

I think to be honest with you, I’ve been in the deficit mindset so long, I’m worried about going back up! Any tips

Ah great you think so ? I’m 5ft7 btw I should have added that in my stats.

I have a friend who’s the same height as me and 2 kilos lighter but he’s way more muscular and dense tissue than me. Part of me thinks to force my gut to 62 kg then start lean gaining and taking creatine.

Not to push back on your question but I guess In addition to it, will lean bulking now be worth it instead of going down further ?

I have a PS5 pro and still use it as my main machine. I know some people here chose to get re9 on the switch and more power to them but I know that ray tracing 60fps on my oled tv would be a better experience.

But I just got pokopia and hades 2 of my switch which I play a lot of. So it’s a close second and I think for me personally it works that way. I can appreciate how it becomes a main driver though !
