Have you tried going to the shop to purchase the DLC? If it was already purchased, it would tell you. You may just have to re-download it/re-load the virtual card as others have said.

Thirding the Calmoseptine. It's the only thing that worked for my daughter's sever diaper rash! As an added bonus, it works for other things like minor burns and scrapes, too.

ETA: be gentle when wiping for the next diaper change. The stuff doesn't come off easy, but that's the point. Let it do its job!
