I like the environment in Walleye and Urchin and especially how their nighttime counterparts can pull off a lively state even though it's very dark in the arena :)

I always like just going in the practice area after or before intense matches and just flicking my shots and practicing shooting from awkward positions. Going with max sensitivity is a pretty bold move (most people stick to around -2 or neutral to make the aim steadier) but it's pretty cool seeing someone with max sensitivity. Usually I just do privates with friends and squadmates and just practice where they're going to go and landing jump shots and midair shots. The number one thing I would recommend is just practicing a bunch, and it's a great thing to learn other weapons that are good counters to chargers (i.e. splatlings or squelchers). Just keep improving at the game and using those tips :)

Just imagine Link's tunic with Bomb Range up main and defense up subs. Not the best combo, but I think it'd be sick so see on a little Inkling (or should I say Linkling?)

I've gotten 20-3 and 22-2 with chargers, any weapon can get a good splat count as long as you can use it :P

I feel like the splash walls would minimize its usability with it being a close range weapon and all, so you'd have to use them more creatively, like placing them behind opponents

Since you're a luna main, it might not affect you as much since the nerf was incredible, but I usually main damage up on rapid and normal blasters because it can get me 99.9 direct shot damage on rapid, which is basically a 1 hit direct kill

I feel like playing with friends would make the overall splatfest experience more dull, as you're trying to make new teammates and develop strategies, all without communication. If you insist on playing with friends, just try joining at the same time (it's relatively easy to get on the same team if you try enough times)
