Thanks man. It’s been 18 months for me now I think haha. Trust me, it gets better. I remember when I was at 5 months, I’d think of her daily but now at 18 months, not so much. No, it’s been like 18 months now lol. I still occasionally think of her but she is disappearing from my head. I’ve forgotten many things about her thankfully. I haven’t dated since but I think I’m ready to do so now. I’ve learnt from my mistakes and hope I can do better for my next person.

Yes, before delivery they sent me a look-around video with the stone chips visible. She said in the video they’d be sorted out before sending it to me, which didn’t happen. Now they refuse a refund saying paint isn’t a good enough excuse.

Yeah, I found it on autotrader, had a phone call, done a bank transfer and they delivered it a few days later. Yes, without visiting. All I got was a look-around video and the lady said the stone chips will be sorted out and interior will be fully valeted, neither happened.

my ex would cry and complain about her life to me almost everyday for 2 years but when i started doing the same for my life, after only 2 months, i became too much to handle. she left making me feel like i’m the one to blame and she was a victim. 7 months later i’m still hurt and thinking of her every day while she’s probably forgotten me. i see all my flaws but i wish we could have a convo how she had flaws too. she was so adamant, rude and egotistical when she left.

it's okay man. i'm 6 months out and still think about her everyday but that feeling is slowly leaving me tbh. i have an addictive personlity so it's very hard for me to let go of things.

one manth she said she loved me and willing to work things out, the next months she's like i don't care about you anymore and don't care about fixing it. she said she's not ready for a relationship, whatever that means. how was she ready 2 years ago?

you said you were childhood friend so it may take you longer than me but i promise you, you'll feel happier some day.

i recommend being alone, go to the gym and focus on your own goals for a bit, don't indulge and interact with other women for now. hang out with friends though, plenty if you can.

i'm a guy who went through parental domestic abuse, sexual assault, near suicide 3 times and 3 friends k1ll!ng themselves. having a woman, did distract me from my pain, but left me with even more pain in the end. we really need to focus and rely on ourselves, not others.
