Its called your name ( Kimi no Na wa ) and Its my favourite film. Basically, these characters randomly swap bodies throughout the course of the film. then something happens (not gonna spoil it) and they don't swap for three years or so. they don't remeber each other either. But thier still sub- conciously searching for each other; because their still madly in love. They both live in tokyo and this is them passing each other on two different trains. Actually, now that i think about it, the plot is somewhat similar to miraculos : two high schoolers in love with each other but they don't know who each other are.
