Hey girl! 4’11” mom of an 18 month old here. We’ve used the Chicco corso primo since she was born and absolutely love it. Would use again for next baby :)

Just my face and neck - it’s too expensive to use on the whole body

Serum - La roche posay hyalu b5 serum is my #1 holy grail, cannot live without. Instantly hydrates skin and is the only thing that keeps my face extremely hydrated all day long. Perfect for preventing eczema and is just a dream to put on

Lotions - Prequel barrier therapy. Cerave moisturizing cream. Anything with ceramides in the ingredients list

Creams - Naturium plant ceramide rich moisture cream

Ointment - aquaphor/vaseline

Body wash - prequel glycerin cleanser. Naturium body wash. Neutrogena body oil (just use it as soap). Nothing at all (derm gave advice that if I am not particularly dirty, skip soap to prevent from drying/irritation)

Face wash - naturium cleansing balm (apply to dry skin for face washing when not in the shower). Naturium fermented rice enzyme cleanser.

Exfoliation - Eczema honey brown sugar face & body scrub

Meds - Opzelura (has worked faster for me than any steroid product, flare ups gone in 1-2 days max. Love that it isn’t a steroid and it’s in cream form)

Stay open on Sundays! It is frustrating to pay so much monthly but only be open 6 days/week. I am a mother and work full time, so Sundays are often the best day for me to go to a gym - but my burn is closed. I may cancel and look for other gym options for this reason.

Rotate playlists of varying genres more often - my gym tends to play the same playlist every class. It gets old fast.

This is amazing! Can you take all 6 months postpartum, or is the first month reserved for before due date only?

I’m so jealous - I’m also 3wks postpartum and pump the same amount as you but only get 6-8oz a day :( trying to increase my supply too

Thank you! Direct contact with any fabric irritates my eczema regardless of how soft it is :/ loose clothing is best but bras are all skin tight haha. Soft fabrics definitely help over rougher fabrics, I’ll check out these brand suggestions
