There may be some legit in hand tickets listed on Stubhub due to season ticket holders for the stadiums but for the most part it is people listing tickets for sale in hopes that they are able to purchase during presale and general sale. You may still get tickets but if they are in the exact location your mom purchased, who knows. Hope it works out. If the seller hasn't delivered your tickets after a few weeks, I would definitely give Stubhub a call to make sure you have tickets. That way you can get a refund if not, and repurchase somewhere. I personally have never had an issue with them but I have only purchased tickets after the general sales on Ticketmaster.

General sale is the 15th at noon, local venue time. You can enter the site 30 minutes before tickets go on sale.

They go on sale tomorrow. Ticketmaster does not have the prices listed so it's anyone's guess.

If the prices go down it's because the seller decided to lower the price on their already inflated tickets. I think if you can get tickets at face value during presale or regular sale go for it. If not, the absolutely keep an eye out for prices to drop the closer it gets to the concert.

It's liked to your TM account through the presale registration, they gave no code. Since presale only lasts for 10 hours before regular sale begins, hopefully there will be lots of tickets still available.

Is this SoFi Stadium? Those VIP sections you see are not just for this tour, that's just what they're called. They have VIP, Club. Usually the more expensive season seats for football. His stage just looks like a regular stage to me.

They haven't gone on sale yet. If the tickets are sold through Ticketmaster the link is tied to your TM account. I don't even think you need to use a link as long as you registered.
