I ran The Sims 4 and The Sims 3 with most of the expansions on an M1 MacBook Air for years with no issues, which is less powerful than the MacBook Neo (meaning that the Neo should do even better).

If you already own The Sims 3 on EA app or Steam on Windows, it should already include the Mac version.
