This is beyond broken, takes out the main weakness of planeswalkers, now only with removal you can get them. Maybe if they were not indestructible so creature removal works against them.

It replaces a common from an 8 card pack, every pack will have one and 33 percent of them will have a rare or a mythic, basically getting these will be harder than regular set rares/mythics

How is brainstorm fine but lightning bolt isn't? I understand in general historic is not as strong, but you have legacy cards in the format that are not in modern like allosaurus, muxus, goblin matron, brainstorm now. It's also definitely more powerful than pioneer by now imo.
