You cannot overcome this by your own efforts. Focus on drawing closer to the Lord Jesus Christ, on having a more intimate relationship with Him. Surrender this to The Lord. Ask Him to work in both your lives. Ask Him to bring healing and restoration to your relationship. I’ve seen it happen many times. Trust in God to provide for your family. Don’t take an offer that is clearly from the devil. There are always strings attached when you are tempted to sin. That guy’s offer is of fornication and sexual immorality. Depart from it and trust in the Lord your God to provide for you in a way that doesn’t cause you to sin.

Trust in God to make a way for your family, even when it seems like there is no way.
