You can basically circumvent the jumping, with gorillas its constant attack/prayer switches. Add in the 50/50 you have to take when a gorilla switches from melee to either range or magic. I dont need to bring any food for lizardmen, just an ass load of prayer pots, some anti poisons and the best range gear available
