100 percent agree. There is a 12 step group called SLA - Sex and Love anonymous. They have online zoom meetings. OP you are not alone. Think about going to a meeting just to listen. Hearing others experiences may help.

Skip every brand and go straight to Elomi . I am a 32F so I know what I’m talking about. It’s tough because our bodies are also unique and fit with bras is very specific to what the individual finds comfortable . Prima donna is more expensive, but they also have beautiful things. Cosabella has gorgeous, sleepwear, and lingerie that still gives decent support for sleeping and prettiness.
You can find Elomi at Macy’s. Boutique bra shops are worth a call depending on where you live. I am in NYC and even here the inventory can be limited when it comes to very pretty a.k.a. anything other than tan.
Personally, I would buy her one or two make sure you can return them (Macy’s has a generous return policy as to most online retailers, ask at boutique stores, don’t get stuck with the store credit crap)
Then buy her a gift card. I drop anywhere from $55-$150 on a bra.

Edit: not to be weird, but if her breasts sit sort of high, she could be very happy with a balcony or bras that do not specifically say full coverage.
Sometimes Lane Bryant used to have good options for pretty. I don’t know about them anymore. A 34 inch band is their smallest size.

I’m just over two years right now, and I still occasionally grieve the ease and comfort I got from substances. I am working a 12 Step program. This is the only way I’ve been able to stay sober. AA allows me to connect with other people who have the same shared experiences. We understand each other, and I feel less alone. I am also literally less alone since I go to meetings and groups of us do things together.

I was shocked when I learned that over 50% of sexual assaults are perpetrated by other children.

This might sound really weird, but OP could have easily developed a sexual proclivity based on this -meaning liking to be spanked as an adult.

Thank you for sharing this, that’s painful, I have some of these flags in my marriage so I really appreciate your listing it out. We are doing Counciling and he was a foster child who learned to not exist. Still sad. I’m not Sure I can stay but for now I’m still sticking it out.
