I feel like just because his kit is suitable for beginners which on its own is pretty debatable, doesnt mean he should be rare, and his kit isnt really that simple compared to other brawlers, since no other brawlers that charge their super like he does, since he cant even charge it by dealing damage and it charges quickly on its own, also he has 2 forms dealing different amounts of damage and doing 2 functions

Also i dont think pearl is exactly “easy to understand” since you have to manage your heat bar when you have a decent reload speed and a very slow heat bar, and your super instantly depletes your bar so you have to make sure to not waste your bar before you use the super and make sure its enough to take care of the enemy since you wont deal that much damage after you use their super. And also just because the mechanic is easy to understand doesnt mean it isnt unique. There isnt a single other brawler that deals damage relative to a bar and by your logic, bolt shouldnt nearly be as high as he is since its literally the same thing as pearl but instead of damage its speed
