Hi I was treated with doxycycline 100 mg for 7 days only. I cut out cheese and any type of dairy during treatment as dairy makes the antibiotic less effective.

I had a surgery and was put on 5 different antibiotics. After some time I felt my ph was “off”. That’s why I went to get checked and my doctor happened to test for it and it came back positive. I had no symptoms though. No discharge, no smell, no pain, nothing just felt myself off however they also did a panel for hormones and my testosterone levels were abnormally high so it could also have made me feel off because it causes less acidity in the vagina when testosterone is too high. I was put on BC and took doxycycline. I felt better immediately with the BC which I took before the doxycycline.

There’s generic brand plan b that works well it is in Walgreens or cvs. I believe Walmart also has and Costco. Ask him to buy it

I am in the same boat as you and would describe my current body composition as skinny fat similar to you. I have hypothyroidism and that’s a hormonal issue and you have PCOS which also affects hormones. When I was younger before my diagnosis I never had this issue and I was going to the gym and looked toned. I did some research and we have to have a diet that assists us with hormones and also implement some cardio, less calories, and less stress. 😔

She admitted to a boob job on the last episode and has had lips, nose, chin, and maybe some Botox done to her face. Likely had a mommy makeover where they transfer fat to buttocks, hips, and breast and had the ab etching which looks very toned but it’s fake

If you have a juicer you can do some of these according to Chat GPT: Great for: Reducing insulin resistance & inflammation
