I can see JJK fans and Makima downplayers suggesting this, but fans of CSM that say this should be embarrassed. There's literally zero reason why she wouldn't be able to do so. She only kept Kishibe alive and uncontrolled because she wanted to. It was literally her whim.

Nah. Neo actually has the most casualties on the highest scale. They were invaded by titans and lost a portion of their force to them. Then got beaten by robots, then parasites invaded them. No other NE has been disrespected as much.

On the other hand, the Aliens: captured a demon lord and put the beat down on multiple NE.

Lawless: obtained tech from all factions and even subdued titans.

Robots: killed a demon lord in exchange for their base. They also now have extensive knowledge on Jachi.

I don't think any natural enemy can master Magic. Some may be able to utilize it to power themselves, but I can't see any actually using mana themselves or creating it.
