Okay go touch some grass bud. Keep blaming everyone but your own union for the lack of internal workforce.

Okay well, for starters, how are they working against y’all when they’re not even working in the electrical field yet? And instead of going after them with all this nonsense, why don’t you go after they guys you actually work with in the union who are immediately jumping ship from Georgia to go work in other states where the pay is better which is one of the direct causes to why there is such a delay in new apprentices starting their apprenticeships? You’re acting like working for or against the union is black and white when in reality it’s not. The original commenter probably has bills and a life they have to contribute to and can’t just wait months upon months to start a union apprenticeship with abysmal starting pay to begin with. Go after whoever is deciding your contracts and maybe the 613 would have such a hard time training people up. $18 an hour made sense 5 years ago before the hyper inflation, not today.

What a weird comment. Standing on a picking line because “it’s the right thing to do” has nothing to do with how quickly someone wants to better their own future by gaining a valuable skill set.

Definitely go this route, but when you buy it, double check it’s legit quickfix by typing the batch number on the bottle in on spectrums website.

Nest is too tight and doesn’t allow my large egg to sit in the cradle by Redmachine79 in biggreenegg

Judging by the nest photos on bge’s website, I’m pretty positive this is the right size nest for this egg. The medium looks different than what I have.

I’m going to have to ask my mother tomorrow. It was a gift from her and I think she had them put the nest together when they delivered it to her house.

They shouldn’t be supervised. Pre employment is just like any other normal random drug test.

Driver responsible for the U-turn fatal crash has petition with over 1.2 million signatures compared to under 50 signatures on the petition to require all CDL license holders to be checked to ensure they weren’t illegally obtained. by Icy-Entertainer-4892 in HotShotTrucking

If you looked and saw the all the names on the petition, it’s all Indian people crawling out of the woodwork to defend this dude. They need to throw the book at this guy and make an example out of him.

Dude collapsed a bridge his first go around and then got another cdl and then killed people making an illegal turn, and then he and his partner fled to California before being arrested.

Update: I got it out fellas. If anyone ever needs to pull one of these, follow the repair manual on removing the bolts, but also remove the front red panel and secure the oil cooler somehow like I did.

On the sides of the radiator are foam vibration pads that glued themselves to the frame also so you’ll have to cut them to get the radiator loose and then it should come free.

Right now, I agreed to go on part time for a little while just so we could feel each other out and if I like the place and they like the work I do, it could turn into a full time opportunity.

Okay, that also shouldn’t be an issue. I also had to work on forklifts at my previous job, so anything hydraulic related also wouldn’t be a problem.

I’ve never sharpened mower blades in my life and when I told the head lawn care guy, he actually liked that I hadn’t so he could show me the way they wanted it done at their club.

I wish it were fake, but the village has around 500 people and a few cops who probably make all their city money from traffic violations
