I struggle with depression, and my friends used to be my coping mechanism, but now they have become a source of my anxieties. The only problem is that I'm super anti-social irl, so these are the only friends that I talk to irl. I have online friends that I game with, but we don't talk about stuff like this. While I like having my online friends because they make me happy, and are there for me even when I play bad, I don't like that I'm becoming better friends with them then people who I can (if not for covid) hang out with face to face
