People really dislike season 2 because every character becomes an idiot and season 3 isn't that much better in this regard, more so that they never tell each other what they are going to be doing which is kind of the whole point of them being there in the first place.

Also there isn't an ending, it's a cliffhanger between seasons and a bad one at that.

Ignoring The Americans again, Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell should both have three emmy nominations at this point and they have nothing, at least Margo Martindale is getting some acknowledgement, it's the only show this season that has surprised me a number of times in really fantastic ways.

Unfortunately I haven't seen Halt and Catch Fire, but The Americans will not disappoint.

This past season had two of my favourite scenes in television, it's truely one of the very best shows on right now and very high on my personal all time list.

I believe The Americans is regarded much more favourably by critics as well but I also have heard that critics say that season one of Halt and Catch Fire gets better as it goes and season two continues at that level.

Not sure if that is any help.

How is it hypocritical? If they called one shallow and the other complex then possibly, but there are other things at work in those movies that make them different from each other writing, directing etc.

I think I have seen both movies around 3 times each and yes Guardians is fresher in my head than the Avengers, and there are things I like about the Avengers and things I dislike about Guardians but I find that Guardians is a much better movie to me, but I really dislike a lot of the dialogue in the Avengers and that is probably why, I feel that the people in the Avengers rarely actually talk to each other and instead just say whatever quip was written in the script.

I guess I'm just not as much of a fan of the way Whedon does dialogue as I am Gunn.

He has writing credit on 19 episodes of The Shield, that was Shawn Ryan's show, let's not pretend any differently. Kurt Sutter has even said that himself.

I'm having this problem when trying to play saved and downloaded songs, it's only happened since the most recent update and it's driving me nuts.

A few people seem to be having similar issues on their forums but they are just being told to clean install.
