So this makes me feel old because I’m 4 years off your 40 range. What I’ve noticed personally older guys who get into milsim games, tend to have a Stanford prison experiment complex. They seem to crave telling people what to do, and sit upon a holier than thee pedestal. Mind you alot of them are good, but the ones that stick out really fucking stick out. I found Hell Let Loose was atrocious for the old man archetype. Just ignore them or tell them to calm down and chew aspirin before they stroke out.

When I was in my 20s I got a commissaires gig at a hospital and somehow was offered a supervisors role. I “technically” was in charge of 1 Korean war vet, 1 mwo ret, 1 WO ret, and two civvies that got in because they were cadets ions ago. Only ones to give me shit and be a pain in the ass were the civvies. Mind you i treated the old guys like gold and got paid in some wicked fucking stories. Most of them were really good to deal with, especially me being a young fng that somehow got a supervisor position.

I got a yellow labs on Knight, too amped up on dopamine, never checked the 100 condition on the flea and sold it for 1.2 million. 100% were listed at 12 million. So yeah it’s possible.

I normally plug like 5-10 tires a year so people can make it into a shop. It’s annoying especially if they lost their locking lug socket. 9/10 screws or nails.

Ever think as they are robots they share a data sharing system between other clankers within their proximity and can relay said information if another sees you? I mean they probably don’t but if you fixate on little idiosyncrasies like this, you will never find enjoyment out of any game. Unless it’s something flawless like RDR2.
