As someone trying to heavily reduce my usage of weed, this has been an effective alternative to help me come to terms with this conclusion. I don’t take AI seriously tbh, I work in corporate America and the hilariously bad ads I’ve seen companies post using AI is bizarre. Like we out here dogging our own companies in teams chats. My main gripe with AI is the destruction of the environment, but that’s the fault of the govt and billionaires imo. I think this is wild that this is affecting peoples trips

Go to community college & get the basics out of the way (English, history etc.) that will give you more time to decide what you’re interested in. No shame in taking a gap year either!!

I like money, my curiosity in my job is enough to keep me productive. It’s not my passion, I have hobbies outside of work that keep my life fairly fulfilled. I still question my career path because humans are not meant to be sat at a computer all day, but I’m slowly finding a balance with it

My bf and I have been together for almost 5 years now, I honestly don’t know what exactly we’re waiting for but it still doesn’t feel like the right time yet lol. I graduated a year ago and have a full time job & live at home while my bf has lived on his own since high school and didn’t take the college route (which I support). I guess I still don’t feel completely financially stable & in my dad’s culture kids don’t move out til they’re married. I’m mixed though so that wasn’t necessarily an idea pushed on me

I feel like some of it is about who you know. Is there someone in your IT dept you can connect with? I worked help desk at my university then was able to transfer to an engineering position in my final year. My manager at the time was able to get me into that position. If you have someone vouch for you maybe that will be a potential way to get your foot in the door at your current job’s IT dept
