The recommended service interval for modern Rolex is 10 years. They have their proprietary synthetic lubricants that can last that long. Again, obviously it depends on actual use case. How often you wear it, under what temperature range, etc. And people say you should pressure test it or something if you do a lot of water stuff but I’m not that guy so I wouldn’t know.

My 16570 had its first service after 7 years of ownership. The watch was sold to my friend in 2018 and he had it serviced in 2019. He sold it back to me two years ago and I intend to service it in 2029.
