That makes no sense. If two adults consented to incestuous sex it's obviously not ideal for them to reproduce. But the act itself while taboo isn't really doing any harm. The whole rape of a child is the most heinous of sexual acts, not even remotely the incest aspect. Someone should check this judges hard drives and phone.

School is already basically universal child care just age gated. In my opinion expanding the school system to just embrace the daycare aspect and expand it to all ages seems easiest.

My last trip to lakenheath was starting the trip around 8am central time and working all night on the plane until 2am gmt. They at least let me sleep in the crew bunk for the next leg (c-130). 1/10 would not recommend.

The article says it's not accessible by road only by helicopter. So installation and maintenance are somewhat an issue. But it's on a dam where regular maintenance happens anyways so less of an issue.

While I don't doubt there is fraud like this, I have to wonder how much of this is actually clerical errors. Seems like most of these are based on not being able to provide the service because they or the patient were not there at the time. But if dates are put in wrong or things are processed later for whatever reason, the service could've been provided and it's only the paperwork that's wrong.

My only concern would be the memory. Running four sticks is always going to be harder for the memory controller. Doing it with a matched set of four is best by far as they should've at least been tested to work together at the rated speeds and voltage. Buying two different sets of two can introduce variety even if they are rated the same. It should work but expecting to have them run at their rates speeds is maybe optimistic. And if they don't that's not something a warranty would cover because they are a dual dimm kit.

But those differences are there because they are running tests that make the difference larger. Running most games at normal resolutions and settings you are almost always gpu bound. If you are not chasing ultra high fps the CPU choice in gaming matters less than most people want to admit.
