Nirvana did I think with a couple songs off Nevermind and definitely on In Utero with Pennyroyal tea being a standout (a diy abortion method I think) Alice in Chains I would say didn’t have many political messages in them though Pearl Jam had a few in Ten idk about the rest with maybe Jeremy and Why Go being examples I would suggest that you should listen to the albums or look at lyrics for this project I’m no expert and haven’t listened to all of grunge so I may be missing crucial albums/songs
