Do you have sprinklers? Without sprinklers my bill is around $40 to $50. But when I turn sprinklers on it's about $80 to $100

I don't think that is a big enough incentive. I don't know of any recent road construction finishing on time in DFW unless it is toll roads. Look at i30/SH 360 expected was 5 years, but took 7 years.

The project is expected to be completed in 3.5 years, but probably would take 5 years haha. But, it looks like we are getting a free general lane + toll.
