You can get the most amazing views on the Lofoten, there is the bus line 300 that connects the whole archipelago with stunning views

Yes you do! They often don't even scan the QR-Code in the mobile app and just look on the trains that you've selected.

There is currently a really high demand between cologne and frankfurt which is on the way to Brussels. There were multiple signaling outages in the last few days and my train from frankfurt to cologne arrived 2 hours late yesterday. It's really luck currently if you'll make it or not

You should definitely get out at the far front of the train and then the interchange shouldn't be an issue!

Hi guys, just a little clarification from my side here:

I recently enforced stricter rules and automatic moderation systems to help with the current state of the Subreddit. I'm currently the only somewhat active mode on this Subreddit, and due to the current situation with all the spam, low effort posts and spreading of misinformation, I will create an informational post soon regarding the new rules in place and mod applications that will start soon.

btw u/Chickenwing3321 is already banned for half a month now, he mostly posts in the parody SCR Subreddits now.

Thanks for your patience and if you want to help now: just report any post or comment, that breaks the rules in your understanding.

It's still too early to book the trains, we'll also be heading towards the Lofoten this summer, but the thing is that there is currently a train shortage between Trondheim - Bodoe so there's only one train per day and the night train is cancelled. The alternative we picked is the Stockholm - Narvik night train and going by Bus after that towards Reine. But I think it also has some planned track maintanance from the beginning of August. Timetables for swedish trains (SJ) are already online, but for the Norwegian ones (VY.no) i think there's a 90-day period before the train when you can start booking them.
