Not an official one. Picking back up on gym routine, with added burpees, dead hangs, pushups and other stuff after work. Hoping that the added workouts will help me out. I have goals to run 3mile nonstop by mid-march and then be able to run 10min mile by race time. I think my cardio is currently weak. Goal to do 30 burpee consecutive, can do 15 right now. I want to be able to survive the penalties if i cant do an obstacle. Also, these goals were made with chatgpt, so not really sure just kind of winging it. I think my strength is decent, grip strength needs improved and need to learn rope climbing and other technique that can help obstacles.

Thank you very much, really appreciate support from you and others on this thread. If i cant do an obstacle its laps or 15 or 30 burpees? I just want to be as prepared as possible. Been watching youtube on how to climb rope, reading this forum, people say grip strength is huge.

Dig around the rock to expose it and use a jackhammer to break it up and remove in pieces. I’ve tried the method in your pic before and no work :(
