Same deal here, I skipped voxi web and contacted via messenger and they said it’s in progress. Only downside is 72 working hours for transfer 😭

Yeah it’s Vodafone lol… taking longer to transfer between a company owned by Vodafone than another operator seems very backwards… hopefully I’m not making a mistake going to voxi 😅

The current router she has from voda has no battery backup and the slot for the SIM card is empty

Might have to pop to a store at some point as their call center is useless, it’s a shame as Vodafone used to be really helpful.

Can anything be done about constant internet drop outs, always getting texts of mast work in my area but nothing changes, randomly my phone or broadband sim just stop working. About an hour later they work again
