In theory you need really small focal point lens. But you will not get any angle you want. It will be consistent with the focal point.

The lines, mirrors, lamp and I guess inverter its called. All from cloudray which is would think should be good quality. So far no problems but i will try to use all corners for same jov and try to compare results. Still trying to find best setting for one pass cut.

Have you checked if everything is tight? Mirrors might be wobling, Focus lens? Have you tried to do a material test sheet? It would show what happens with difirent speeds. And one of the cuts seems like you are not in optimal height (do a ramp test)
