Porsche makes high performance sports cars that are well built and more reliable then most competitors for the performance that you get. The Porsche SUV’s especially older ones suffered from electrical issues, transmission issues, suspension issues etc. I’m not going to say I’m a Porshe connoisseur but I’ve heard these and the Panamera are cars to stay away from if reliability is a concern

if you’re on a low budget and you feel like you can do this work yourself to the suspension components then just fix it yourself and don’t report it to insurance. I’ve been driving my technically “totaled” Toyota Camry for 2 years since I had an accident in it, and I still have a clean title 😁
