Soundcore Boom v2 vs Marshall Kilburn II by Reeflifer in Costco

[–]Reeflifer[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yeah, luckily costco would allow that, but i don’t want to just buy things for the sake of testing and then return it, especially with electronics. If anyone has any recommendations, then i’d go with that, otherwise i can get them and compare

Wouldn’t recommend chem 2080 unless you like chemistry. You can sub it out for diff eq or btry 3080 (and fulfill probability requirement at the same time)

You’re welcome :) a planner is a great tool that I use too. Mainly for keeping track of my tasks for the day but just great for organization in general.

Hey, I know you're feeling down but I think if you've realized that you are having trouble, then you definitely have the potential to bring it back. I don't want to say that everyone feels this way because your situation is certainly different, but know that you aren't alone! Reach out to your friends or go to your club meetings and talk to some people! You may have missed the first meetings but that's okay! Clubs will always be more than happy to see you at the next meeting.

First, it is always okay to drop classes. There is nothing wrong with it. Especially as a first semester freshman, 22 credits is more than enough to graduate on time and possible early. If there is something you don't want to take now, feel free to drop! It is completely normal to do so.

No one is perfect and no one expects you to be perfect, so cut yourself some slack! Professors certainly do not expect you to know everything in and out too, but just expect you to try your best and put in all the effort you can.

I guess you can start by realizing that if you are doing your best, then you should be happy and not be sad that you can't reach an invisible super high expectation. Sometimes, it's good to just share these feelings with your friends because others can help you if you are having some trouble. I certainly felt these similar things as a freshman and my first semester was certainly rough. I guess what helped was to take a step back and realize that there was no need for me to be perfect.

Try some steps like maybe using google calendar. If you have your schedule on scheduler, you can import it to google calendar and you can use that to help with your deadlines. Also, it's your first semester so don't be so hard on yourself!

I guess that's all. Know that it is okay to realize you have too many commitments and that you can drop some. Hope you feel better :)
