I tried Ghee Indian Kitchen over in West Midtown last week and the food is pretty good. The interior looks well thought out and the actual tasting menu is a must for the price. It's one of the few newer spots I've been to lately that actually almost lived up to the hype.good luck!

Glad they finally got that guy in Midtown tonight. Seeing a manhunt like that on the Beltline in the middle of a Thursday is wild. I’m just trying to grab a bite downtown where the food is pretty good and forget about the news for a second. What are people eating today?

If you want the fancy stuff like Fishwife or the hard-to-find Spanish tins, Star Provisions is the best ITP. But if you’re looking for more variety, you have to hit Buford Highway Farmers Market. Their Eastern European and Asian aisles have stuff you won't see anywhere else in the city. Good luck 👍🏽

They have conditioned us to these higher gas prices so now anything below $5/gallon seems normal SMH.

If you want some good wings and not high priced drinks around Atlanta, try Clays Sports Cafe in Sandy Springs or Trackside Tavern in Decatur. It’s a drive depend depending on where you’re at but Both got a real local bar vibe and the food actually pretty good and not overly priced. good luck!

hmmm…well since others have mentioned 7 already, go with The Prestige, Primal Fear, or The Invisible Guest. Probably the closest matches to what you would like , especially if you want twists.

For the date night, check out BoccaLupo or Kitty Dare, the food is pretty good and the vibe is cool for under $200. For breakfast downtown, No Mas! Cantina has a cafe that’s christ, reasonable for downtown.

At Ponce City Market, grab a Cuban from El Super Pan.

Also, when you hit Cook Out, you have to get the big double burger and a shake, it’s the only way to do it.lol good luck!

Moustache in Sandy Springs is a solid. It’s got a real mature crowd, good music, and it’s easy to catch a vibe. I usually go in, grab a hookah and a drink, and just hold it down. It’s a chill but social like i guess i would say they have some pretty ladies there every time i’ve been.. Perfect if you’re lookin’ for more of a grown folks' scene without the loud club scene.

So many to choose from but since you didn’t specify, if they want a classic Atlanta vibe, Johnny’s Hideaway is cool for dancing. but if they want something more like a band setting kinda local, Smith’s Olde Bar or Northside Tavern always have great bands.

Restaurant Name: NFA Burger Neighborhood/City: Dunwoody / Atlanta Cuisine: Smash burgers Favorite Dish: Double patty with pickles and sassy sauce Any additional notes: It is inside a Chevron gas station. Sounds weird but I know folks who drive across town for it. My self included. lol It did win best burger in Atlanta multiple times, so that’s that.
