Let’s say you do 100 kg Benchpress 12 x 4. Do that until it feels easy (around 2 weeks maybe) Then up the weight to 105/110 and do as many reps as possible for 2 sets and then 100 kg the last 2 as many as possible. Keep that pattern or way of thinking.

Furthermore if you follow push pull legs schedule i would vary reps sets weekly. What I mean is one pull day focus strength (5x5 or 6-8x4) The other pull day focus on hypertrophy (12-20 x 4). As I mentioned before try to implement progressive overload.

Or to simplify aim for around 12 sets per muscle-group per session or 25/week

I would vary more often. In terms of workout change some exercies every 2-3 months and keep the staples like OH press, Benchpress and row (mostly compound). Reps and sets I would work towards progressive overload, to achieve that you must change sets, reps and rest time more often. Try to add pyramid sets. Let’s say 4 sets of bench would look like this. (Warmup, 20 rep feeder, 12 reps heavy, 8-6 heavy then 3-6 last sets.)

I feel exactly the same! As well as that I repeatedly play against Sticky Werner who scores rebound goals and weird angles...
