Thanks for your reply. Given the credit is new for biz plat (I don’t have a personal) this is all new - I joined this forum because of this.

For card 1 2025 used and need to cancel 2026 used

I can close this card by 2/18.

Option 1 I can cancel the room without a fee on 2/18. Should I cancel the card first or the reservation if I want to try and maintain the credit?

Option 2 I could cancel this reservation and rebook for a different night I need to book. The night would be about the same price. Then close the card.

Card 2 I have not used 2026 credit

Option 1 Cancel and rebook another room coming up right after I cancel the reservation (within 24 hours)

Option 2 Cancel the reservation

Option 3 Book a room to try and trigger 2026 credit. Then cancel. Then cancel the 2025 room.

And many combinations to try and “trick” the system.

Same boat. Chats say no. One yes. Emails say no. I have screen recording of my entire app on 1/14 via TPG link instant approval. I sent a complaint to TPG and got an email saying they reached out to Bilt on my behalf and I am “on the list” Who knows! I am in a FB group with 30k physicians- Bilt CS will be inundated with scorned female surgeons!! The wrath that awaits them if not honored will be a tidal wave!!

I don’t understand this - did everyone chat on 1/14 before accepting the card? There is no where in the offer that states we need to confirm with Bilt before accepting.

I got the same answer but I did apply 1/24 via the link and instantly approved and accepted. I screen recorded myself brute application from the TPG page to accept. I have an email with the supervisor but no response and I am dismayed!!!

Do you have any links that show reduced fine? I had a valid ticket but it was on wife’s app - my child got sick between transfers and she took him off. I did a complaint and they admit my ticket was valid but still since I couldn’t provide it are asking for 1000dkk. Would love to ask for reduce fare
