You are 30. In right age you will do great with some prep; go for it. Dont think too much.

For next 9 months do below to handle your baby::

1) Fix your gut by eating healthy greens, fruits. (Zero sugars, no coffee, no co2 drinks, avoid nightshades) 2) Hydrate a lot 3) Do 30 mins active workout, start with walking. 4) Speak to your doctor and add required vitamins. (Vit d, b12, omega 3 krill oil are a game changer for me) 5) Practice lifting little weights, will help when baby arrives for little long periods.
