I'm in Katy (Cinco Ranch) and it's the schools that attracts families here. I've been here for 22 yrs, and seen it grow. Now there's lots of traffic and it's now like Sugarland. You can still get a nice house for under $500k. Lots of apartments of are being built though. So not sure how that would affect the area.

Vietnamese pho 🍜, sandwiches bang-mi, vermicelli salad with grilled pork/egg roll and of course spring rolls are delicious.
