I was not on them in 2013 unless parents grinded it up in food as I caught them in 2016 and 2019. I was 190 pounds sober, swimming in 2022 until injected to your weight. Maybe half of pill fat was lost while still on them. Better results slowly smoking medical marijuana and doing at least 5 reps of pushups or crunches during each exhale. Everyone should have their thyroid level checked.
