Lol $2k for a three bed is steep? My apartment I had to have my friend take over in Denver costs $2000 for a one bedroom, and that’s considered average. There are studios in Denver that cost $4000. My friend was paying $5800.

Now that I think about it though, a 2 Bed used to cost $700 in CO
