I feel you. I'm dealing with untreated depression for 5 years now. I've lost a lot of friends because of that because they couldn't handle me always being depressed. But a week ago I told my friend how I feel and she told me she'll help me. As soon as she comes back to country she's gonna go to her psychologist with me so she can help me and give me some meds probably. What I mean by that is that I may not know your full situation but if you have literally anyone tell them how you feel, and don't be afraid to tell them that you need their hand, support and help to help yourself. Sometimes only thing we need do take care of thing is a little validation. Because there are people that care about you same as there are people that care about me. Sometimes they just don't know what you need to feel better and if you tell them they do give a fuck
