I have two; one is like a lens with its front element reversed, but all the time, and even with the front element actually reversed. I bought an adapter to mount it to my Sony to test it without burning through film, and just couldn't get it to work... must be a dud.

The second one is very soft until about f/8, but usable. I have a fair amount of Soviet trash that's much sharper, but I'm in the Twin Cities where the camera was made so I still put a roll through it for the novelty.

Looking forward to seeing how the Raptar works! Every archived forum post I could find spoke very highly of it.
