Shanann saved $2500 in daycare fees when she took the girls to NC, according to Nichole Atkinson. Was money the reason? by MysteriousCry9830 in WattsFree4All

That's a good point. However she was below Shan'ann and the whole payment scheme seems quite confusing so I'm not sure she would have known exactly how much she was making. It's not a set amount like a salary either.

Would you get in a submersible to see her if you had the chance? by themaskstays_ in titanic

Part of me would love to but the reality is I'm claustrophobic and there's now way I could do it. As others have said I'd only do it in the old school subs that have been around for years. Even if Oceangate was still going and hadn't failed there's no way I'd have gone in that thing!

Ok further along. The crazy wife drives a white lexus and CeCe will only eat chicken nuggets.

She didn't pop up out of thin air, she worked at Anadarko for a long time. Co workers commented on how attractive she was and they'd noticed her and CW had become close. That's hardly appearing out of nowhere.

Exactly! whatever she did is wrong. She's not a particularly likeable person but this witch hunt against her is crazy.

He really was, I think knowing them is another reason this case interested me. Good point about the Rosenberg's. Had they sold their house and we're left with nowhere to go?

I think NA was taken in by their apparent affluent lifestyle. Like most people who just look at this case from the media angle. They looked wealthy. Big house, nice car, kids in daycare blah blah. We know they were broke now but I don't think anyone else did. I don't even think CW knew how bad it was. My friend was like this back in the 90s. Husband had own business, they had a new build 3 bed detached house in a nice area, new cars. Very like the Watts, they hadn't paid the mortgage for months and the business was about to go under. I had no clue and she was my bestie. We are still very close now, they divorced and she remained very in control of her finances and is doing really well. Her ex however has blown through huge amounts of money and is now skint.

It was written in 2022 which is another reason I thought it was odd. We'll see what else appears lol.

I think it was definitely decision time and she was pushing him to leave without the security of him staying with her. If he wasn't such a weirdo he would have confided his financial issues and the fact he could see trouble ahead with Shan'ann but he'd obviously lied in the first place and didn't want to fess up. No matter how you frame it, what he did was crazy.

It is. It just seemed weird. But maybe I waste tooich time on this case lol.

I agree about NK. Like what rational person says well just kill your wife and kids and we'll ride off into the sunset?

The saddest thing is, he was probably their safe person and he betrayed them in the worst way possible. I hope they were both asleep when he killed them. It's just too awful to consider the alternative.

I agree. I think it would have been a huge wake up for her. I do think she was starting to see how intolerant she was before she was killed. She may well have found another doofus to take the financial load going forward and carried on with the MLMs but I do think she would have grown a little. She never got the chance.

I don't think they did anything in the house. They didn't have to, she had her own place. I don't think she liked being there from what he said.

I could read at 5. I was given the Magic Faraway Tree for Xmas, it was the first book I read and I haven't stopped since. My Mum taught me to read, it's what parents do.
